In Italian, the word Fresco is derived from the word Fresh and describes the mural technique of painting in fresh plaster. In my painting “Palace Fresco” I worked to express deep movement and interest using an upward arching thrust while allowing the colors to integrate slightly yet retain their deep original hues. I had a lot of fun painting “Palace Fresco.” I hope you enjoy it!
